Well I use to have a 96 Accord and I had 17" RH C3 Evo's on it and was lowered about 2" or 2.25" and I wished I would have gone with 18" rims the 17" just looked a little small for me. Here is a little picture for you to get an idea. Hope this helps, not sure about an 03 Accord.
