I want to buy a car so i decide to buy something little cuz it's my first car and i decided to go with a regual integra nothing big like a gsr or type-r. So my question is how much do '96 or '97 sell for, and i was thinking of buying one of an auction and hit not to hard.

anything higher i'd bite the bullet and get a gsr for an extra 2-3k

 

I got a 98 gsr for 8 grand. Well worth it cuz of all the mods, but the engine was completely stock<3 so i can build it from there.

 

definitely go with at least the gsr... anything less and you'll have to build it up. sit in a car with v-tech and you'll never go back! you can definitely find gsrs in the 4-6 range... depending on condition, etc. some have been had for less! be patient and look around

 

ya, my first car was a ls. i loved it, but when i got the gsr, the ls was like wtf was i thinking. :]
gsr's are fun cars to build up. exspecially if they already come with power<3

 

yea i looked for a gsr for soooooo long but there were no decent gsr's with low miles around my area, so i bought a 1999 ls DSM color, bone stock with the ls mesh's, 80k miles one owner before who was an old lady, so this car was garage kept and babied, go it for 6900, and i have had no problems with it sense i got it. and it runs really strong, just kinda pissed i was never able to find a gsr, but i couldnt wait forever i needed a car for college
