wear on valvesprings
when i inspected my old valvesprings before selling it to a friend i found out that the outer springs on the intake valves had some wear marks on it from the retainers. is this usual on OEM components? when i did a search did i only find issues with titanium retainers, and the OEM are steel?
the worst one has wear mark about 0,05mm deep at the most, would i be wise to tell my friend to buy new outer springs?
i tried to take a picture but they were not any good with my crappy cam

well the motor has passed 62k miles and i don't think the springs and retainers has been replaced before. but i burned a exhaust valve right after i bought it and replaced everything with BC and omnipower components.
well the retainers looked fine, it is the springs that has wear on them.
but it was not any expencive parts so they would be replaced

well the car suddenly lost power when i drove home the day i bought the car.
did a leak down test with a Honda mechanic.
he concluded that the gap between cam and rocker arms was to tight resulted in the burned valve
