So I've been called all sorts of "*****" in the past. Mugen *****, S2000 *****, parts *****, chocolate *****, post *****, pic *****, booty ***** (in college), crack-*****, used-*****, etc.
Last night I was cleaning my office. It's supposed to have a computer, tv, Playstation, elliptical trainer, a sofa, and a desk in it. Instead, over the past year all the parts I've collected that are supposed to go on my cars have accumulated in that room.
In the process of cleaning, I came across certain items that I forgot that I had bought previously, never installed, and just lost in the overall mess of the parts collected in that room.
First pics of the room:
Now pics of what I pulled out of that room:
Keep in mind that I already have a full set of bars installed on my cars. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with these. I may swap them onto my cars and swap out what on them....maybe use some of them as wall decoration in the office (that is once I start using it as an office and not a parts yard).

You should see my basement and my garage...you'd want to burn the house down. Car parts are everywhere...wife just puts up with it.
Actually, all the parts are really 'out of sight, out of mind', which is why I've bought multiple parts without regard to earlier purchases. The wife and I have a 5 bedroom house that's very large for just the two of us. The non-car part infested rooms are quite habitable (and nicely decorated by the wife, I must say).

In the basement, I'd find three sets of MF10's (two for the S2000, one for the Integra).
The MF10 wheel you see in the office room is a bent one. I'll be making a small cafe table out of it.
As for credit card debt....nuckha please. Only debt is the one mortgage. The other mortgages don't count because, they are all investment property and income on those covers mortgage and taxes.
All college loans: PAID.
Car notes: NONE
Credit card balance: Paid in full at the end of the billing cycle
Mods: BOUGHT WITH CASH
Debt/use of credit is only really good for running a business...it's can be used as a tool to effectively use cash flow to the borrower's advantage.
BTW...majority of finances are managed by the following credit union...they are on the ball with saving and helping me make more $$$:

(unfortunately, you have to be a member of either Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. or Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. (or an immediate family member of one)).
