Turn signal or combo switch. They are very easy to replace. Hardest part is lining the steering wheel up takes a few tries sometimes. Just take your time. Flasher switch off, then the upper and lower covers. Best to remove negative battery cable before starting. You then take the steering wheel off. My memory lacks at the motment. On certain models you can just pop out the "H" or the whole emblem out of the middle of the wheel and the nut is there. I believe on some you have to remove the screws on the back of the steering wheel (facing toward you (have to turn wheel a few different ways to gain access)). But could be wrong on that. I'm sure more on here will chime in.
