Hey Guys

Does anyone know the valve spring adjustment specs for a 4th Gen H22
because my engine's making a ticking noise and i have been told by alot of people that it is time to adjust my valve springs and retainers

The specs for a 1993-1995 VTEC (4th Gen H22A1) are:

Intake - 0.006-0.007 in (0.15-0.19 mm)
Exhaust - 0.007-0.008in (0.17-0.21 mm)
