anyways, i decided to go get gas tonight so i can save alittle time on the morning commute to work. i pulled into the chevron to get some gas. i just barely crack the door open and a gust of wind blows the door right into the ******* pole! this is my brand new 06 s2000 that i bought no more then 2 weeks ago! had plans to lower in next week, but i had to cancel my order to get this dumb **** fixed.

anyone have any idea on pricing...

it looks like the paint cracked, did it?

thats a pretty bad bend.. close to a kink.

if the body shop u go to can do a spot repair on it, then it might not be to much... after the body work is complete, they just paint the spot, then re-clear the whole door... with it being so new they may not have to blend into any adjacent panel...

if your lucky.. i would think your under 500 for sure.

so mad its not even funny. i know i can get this fixed but matching the paint is the only thing im worried about. man the car only has 1k miles on it too i had so much planned for the car in the next 2 weeks. 18in kineses k58 wheels, and koni yellows with espelir springs. at least i was able to buy the oem front lip, new stereo setup, and plate covers before this **** happened.

so pissed im not going to work tomorrow.

 

ouch man. thats messed up yo. id be pissed too. i hate paying for things that break because i couldve used the money for something else.

Doesn't the car have a month's grace period for things like that? When the previous owner of my car had it, she damages the body within the week, and the dealership repaired it...

 

I know how you feel man! A certain someone on this board who I will not name put a dent in my quarter panel in the worst spot possible, had his door open and a gust of wind blew it into my car, can't even be taken out with paintless dent removal cause it's right by the wheel well, gotta pay 250 for it to be bondoed and repainted, and I hate having that done, cause it almost never matches.

actually, with it being so new, they may not have a problem matching the paint at all.
you really have problems when matching paint on cars that are older by a few years...

i would just make sure to let Honda's body shop fix it.
