We need more info to help select what tire is best for you? Do you plan on tracking the car? Will it see any snow or cold weather? How much are you looking to spend?

195/55/15 will be the right tire size.

I'm mounting 205/50/15 Yokohama AVS ES100 tomorrow. I had Falken Azenis and Kumho Ecsta MXs.

If you're getting the ES100, you're better off with the 195/55-15 size, the stock size for the GS-R. There is no significant difference in performance, you won't be adding 1.6 percent error to your speedometer and odometer, and most important of all, you will pay $61 per tire instead of $75.

If you're going to go with 205/50-15, you can get basically the same performance as the ES100 with the Dunlop Direzza DZ101, which is still on special at Edge Racing for $45 per tire. (No, that's not a misprint, and yes, it's really as good as the ES100. The Tire Rack sells the same tire for $58. Don't ask me why it's so cheap at Edge Racing.)
