doing my suspension soon, have some questions
im puttin in shocks, coil overs, LCA, and tie bar
1. why is there 2 adjustable rings on the coil over, I'm assuming one is for adjusting, and one to lock it in place?
2. which way do I adjust it to lower or raise my car?

yes to lock it in. using those uhh keys or whatever they call them
and im sure you will figure out which way is up or down.. i think its left to go down

no i mean moving up and down, does down mean lower? im assuming so since it will be like making the spring shorter but im not shure
