Default Change Throttle Body if Intake Manifold is Change???

My friend has a second gen B16, high compression (cant remember exactly what), type r cams and is installing a skunk2 intake manifold. Question is, do you need to change the throttle body as well?

you don't have to change the TB, but you will get a little turbulence from the inside lip of the throttle body if you don't. a cheap, but effective option is to send the stock throttle body to http://www.maxbore.com and for $100, he can bore the stock TB, machine a new throttle blade, and clean it all up for ya.
