Alright well here is the deal. I did not do this to the car i was just told and now i own the car: The lady before me explained that the power locks kept going off on their own so she pulled a fuse or wire.... now my question is what the hell would make the locks go crazy like this without hitting the button? They would lock and unlock on their own for a period of time.

 

Sounds like a short or a stuck/bad switch. Like the circuit is constantly closed.
