Default Oil Burn?

I am new to H-T, and I hope to seek help here. I searched the forum up and down to find a new members area to introduce myself and to read rules and guidelines, no luck. I am unsure what this trial member thing is, but my problem is: after pushing my car into high rpms, I get this smell of burning oil (or I believe). Nothing is leaking that I know of. Any suggestions?

yep, quite pushing your car into the high rpms. its possible you have an internal engine problem such as a cracked/worn piston ring, or bad valve guides, or valve stem seals. just make sure the oil level is at full and keep checking it, if its loosing oil you are leaking or burnin it.
