Alright... after many years of living in Vegas and having one of the few "yellow CRX"s... I've thought about repainting my CRX a different color.

The choices are (pictures borrowed without permission):
Black


Yellow (currently)

Another

White

Blue (EBP)



I don't want to do red.

and it's so hard trying to find clean CRX pictures without some goofy bodykit or either slammed too much or jacked up.

I'm asking you guys cause... i'm stuck. the two colors that keep coming back is Black and staying with Yellow.

The car IS getting repainted, but i have a choice to change it.

 

I voted white, because having the same colored car for too many years starts to get tiring after a while. Are you planning to redo the entire car (jambs, engine bay, etc) top to bottom? If you're not, just stick with the yellow.

i did white. since i detail cars i hate to have to wash a black car out here in the desert! lmao. and white is easier to keep lookin clean. and whateva rims you want to throw on there will look good.

 

I voted black. Have you thought about maybe a black cherry color, nearly black but with a hint of red? It looks very nice.

i've seen the color on a few cars... not bad, not bad at all....

of course, jamar brings up a good point... cleaning. arg

 

I voted black, but man come on, go with something completely original and not done on a CRX.

Hit up the local new car dealerships and check out the 05-06-07 cars. Get a new original color idea from there. FORD has some very nice colors for their new Fusion.

or if you dont mind standing out, as if you werent already with it being yellow haha, paint it that burnt orange color from the RSX. there isnt a crx out here painted that color yet.

 

I would stay away from black, becouse it shows even the littlest imperfections. the yello is alright if it's for you or not (to loud for me). I have an 89 hatch, thats a gunmetal color. That looks good no pics though, sorry. but go with what you want, don't have someone pick your color for you. Fallow your heart young padawon learner (he-he starwars how lame huh).

 

I LOVE BLACK......however, do you really want a black car in the Nevada sun (and heat).

From the pics you posted, the blue looks really nice on the shape of the CRX.

 

I like yellow, but that yellow rex on the track looks like a$$ as far the paint

I lvoe black cars. Thats what I voted I love after I wash mine that I can clearly see myself in the paint.

 

I picked black, but I meant to pic blue. Although I think both would look good.

Black gets dirty so easy. but its a great color if clean (stays clean till u go a mile haha) I said White, it'll look good in any of those colors tho. Just keep/paint the moldings black
