moving my f20c into my miata need suggestion
you won't gain any power because its just a motor swap
its not that easy to drop an f20c into a Miata. you need a custom exhaust made, you need the wire harness taped right, i also believe you need a new drive shaft plus some other things...
now with a f20c in a Miata you will have a very nice sleeper.

It was done by a company in Cincinnati a few years ago. The swap was a bitch to do. One of the big problems was the header. They had to fab one since the header on the Miata is on the drivers side. Once they got it on the dyno, they only got about 170hp since they had such a hard time getting an efficient header in the car.
If I were you, I would just get a new Miata engine from Mazda Motorsports for about 2200.00 and get a Flyin Miata turbo kit, dyno about 230hp at the rear wheels and call it a day for about half of what it will cost you to unsuccessfully swap that S2000 engine.
