i got mine shipped to fla for 360. the total on the jdm b16 was like 2600 or something like that.

I want to go there tomorrow morning but now it is going to be too late to email and get a reply before the time I want to go. Originally, I just thought that this thread will have only 2 posts with my original question and 1 simple answer. It turned out completely the other way then what I thought.

because H-T is famous for the "elitist" attitudes of a lot of members. before a question gets answered, they have to endure flaming from all the people that have been on here a long time. no patience. i see people making posts that took 10X longer/more energy than to just post the f'ing answer. that is why H-T is my LAST resort for asking for help. and others that i know.
the reason i post after a year is because i'm picking up a motor tomorrow. silly me thought i could find their address on the website. they have removed it. IF you can reach one of the guys on the phone, they act like you are ruining their entire day by being on the phone. so, i can understand how people don't like to keep asking questions AND ask for directions. i only deal with HMO 'cause i have to. the customer service is horrible. i have cash in hand for a motor.. when i was asking what years the had avail, he told me he was busy and to call back. i'm driving four hours and have cash in hand!! and i STILL get treated like that.
if you don't want to deal with idiot customers, close down. every business has to deal with that.
last, when you call, you get an address that comes up in simi valley. it is not found in burbank via mapquest or yahoo. so.. it's just not that easy to find their shop. i remember having a LOT of trouble last time.

 

while i agree with you on some points, what you said can be applied to the OP as well. You say that its ridiculous that people waste time flaming when they could have just answered the question, but the OP could have just called instead of posting about it, and got an answer much faster.

and on HT, its all about how you ask, and your willingness to listen and try to help yourself.

People that get flamed either type like retards, have not given the effort to help themself before posting, or dont accept the help given and/or argue with people that try to help, or disrespect the people trying to help. This particular guy could have gotten the answer easily with a phone call, but didnt, thus, he got flamed.
