Yea, im trying to fix this tranny on a 97 ex. (auto) put another Y8 into it...while taking the motor and tranny out the cord (guessing linkage) wasnt properly disconnected and pretty much yanked it....before it was tight on the tranny....now there is about a fourth of an inch gap if you kinda pull ...didnt happen before. and now the reverse dosnt work...i mean it does...if it is right....seems like at times in will slip into gear otherwise.....it just sounds like gears grinding when in R. i was wondering if there is anything....like tighten up the linkage...I dont know...i just want it to pop into gear all the time...TIA
