hey...im jus wondering is there a relay of somesort that keeps my amer corner lights on? because mine seem to stay on ...even when my lights are off...and the key is out of the ignition... they jus stay on and kill my battery.

 

You may have an issue with the colume mounted l/s Multifunction switch. The easiest way to check it out is to remove the two piece colume covers and unplug the switch.
If they go out, it's the switch assembly
If they don't, suspect a pinched wire in the circuit where it's getting power from an adjacent live wire.

i removed the connector and the lights still stayed on....corner lights front and back side markers and rear taillights...i've completely removed my dash interior to look for wires but still no luck....any advice?

 

i checked all fuses and all of them are fine...im thinkin its a relay stuck on open since i had the electrical problem with my alarm.. that burn like 2 wires from it being shortend out.....so can some one please tell me which relay is the one that controls the lights?

 

Considering these are traditionally the lamps that the alarm system flashes when it arms / disarms, would it be reasonable to assume the alarm might be keeping them on?

it might as well be a possibility....so what are my options? and could it might as well be a blown relay thats stuck on ON?

 

might want to unplug the alarm master control unit and see what that does. the alarm might have fried certain parts of it if it got shorted causing some features to work and others to not work

 

i unplugged the complete alarm master control..and lights still stay on..
is there a relay to this circuit maybe coulda messed up?

 

i am having the same problem... just the front passenger amber though.... any fixes?

 

This happend with mine also the passenger side. I took the bulbs out, replaced them and cleaned the connections. Hasnt happend again.
