hi guys! ive bought a spoon head gasket. im changing a few parts like valve retainers and intake and manifold gaskets. i have this japanese B18C manual but i need to be sure about valve adjustment. does anyone knows how much do i have to put or adjust to valves?
any special tricks or advices while puting my head on?

Thanks BEN, but we usually use other measures here, so its kind of difficult for my mechanic to adjust valves with inches.

 

They have the specs in mm as well in the helms manuals.
