stupid emblem
ok..i am looking for a better way to remove the model emblem on the back of my 99 civic trunk..i do not konw of any other way of removing it then pry it out but wouldnt that leave like a glue mark? and i do not think that it is held on by a bolt

On mine there were some clips you can get from the inside of the trunk to release it. but as for the glue your kinda sol, it comes off easily. Besides if you ruin it its only like $5 from honda for a new one.

the honda emblem has holes...as for the other ones, im pretty sure the "civic", "ex", "dx", etc emblems are just glued...i took a blow dryer, a wet towel and my nails to get my dx emblem off...i think i used some goo-gone to get ride of the glue...but im pretty sure you can get it with soap and water
