Racecar schools/training?
I'm looking for feedback on schools that offer racecar technical training (engine, chassis, suspension, etc). I'm familiar with NASCAR Technical Institute, but are there some programs that are affiliated with a community college? How do these stack up? What kind of placement with professional teams do they generate?
I understand that many (most/all?) of these are going to be aimed at the stock car/oval track market, but figure that the basic principles could be applied to any racecar fabrication/maintenance.
Any feedback would be welcome.
