Default Weighing Each corner of Car to balance car?

Ok.... I feel like it is time to stop bolting things onto my car that increase suspension performance and start to tune the car alittle more to my liking... so my question in, has anyone balanced their car themselves? or where can this be done... if i could find a bathroom scale that goes up to 1000 lbs i would be in business... does this infact help performance?

when i say balancing, i mean checking the weight at each corner of the to ensure equal amount of weight on each tire

Corner-weighting. They do this at alignment shops. You can adjust the weight by adjusting your coilovers (height).
