Any other 5th Gen EX.
You've got the + set-up with regards to 5th Gen Accords already.
From here, you've got to go to either Suspention Techniques or other aftermarket souces if you want to upgrade.

exact what p_adams said you can either go with suspension techniques or progress etc... but you can't take sway from another generation.

So no other stock bars from say a TL will bolt up without welding in new brackets

I'm not sure he would want to use the V6 part....might cause some craxy oversteer on a I4

Surprisingly, it goes just the opposite of what you'd expect
Here's how it goes for the 1995 Accord model year:

'95 Accord 4dr LX 4cyl Front Sway Bar: 22.2mm
'95 Accord 4dr EX front bar: 27.2mm
'95 Accord 4dr EX Wagon Front Sway Bar: 27.2mm
'95 Accord 4dr EX V6 Front Sway Bar: 25.0mm

Installing the V6 bar appears to be going in the wrong way.....

In addition: another surprise; Honda offers an OEM strut bar. It's available only with the V6 installation (I'd totally forgot about it)

so if i were to find a front sway bar from a 94 EX, it would bolt on to my 94 LX right?

Yes, but remember that you will have to use the EX inner mounting bushings as well (larger diameter.
