I have a 98 Civic EX and when I am stopped there is a loud vibration coming from the rear left side of the car (sounds like a helicopter sorta). The sound goes away once I accelerate (the car also does it when in neutral when my foot is not on either pedal. I had my exhaust rewelded a month ago, but I have had that issue before then it seems as though it comes and goes. Any guesses?
