I am saving up for my paint job (champ white) so i can't really spend any cash on rims. I was riding on steelies for a while but my friend offered me these hub caps for free. Anyway i put them on and i think they look pretty sweet. I think i should leave them stock but some people are suggesting to paint them gunmetal. What do you think?

 

Stock one look nice. Your car look pretty sweat

 

leave it as it is, if you go for the gun metal look then this requires you to spend some money, remember you cant right now soooooo keep saving buddy, its hard but you can do it.

 

Leave them alone. If you were to paint them, they would look ricey and it would look like you were trying too hard. It looks nice and discrete like that.

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I agree with all of you about not painting them. Honestly it WOULD look ricey and most of all as somebody mentioned it will seem like i am trying too hard. Anyway i knew i could rely on you guys, thanks.

Well if you want to get all technical with me then you are wrong. They are not stock STEELIES, they are si steelies that are 14 inch, while my DX came with 13 inch steelies. And the hub caps are off a '98 DX. There happy?

 

uh....for me new rims are aftermarket rims. I know what S-T-E-E-L-I-E-S are!

You can have a CX/DX/VX/LX... whatever! If the wheels are under Honda, I would not consider posting a thread about "NEW" rims
