Default automatic to manual

might be getting an automatic Ef civic.. i have everything from my previous ef to convert it to manual. Just wanna know if any1 has done this be4 cuz i never had and maybe just give some info on it ... Thanx

i have done it..really easy the hardest part really is the peddle's..thats how easy it is then you have to jump the 2 large wires where the old auto shifter was to start it by the key.and run wires to your tranny for your reverse lights....

Took me about 20 hours to do it. Spread over 3 months tho, lack of parts + time to finish it. Mine was a swap with MPFI conversion so you know, bit more work. It's so easy on EFs because of the cable tranny.

it took me about 2 hours but i did a whole motor/tranny swap. goodluck to ya though and have fun with your new 5 speed
