Default Recommended Timing Belt Replacement? (Already Searched)

Hey Guys

i have a 88 4dr with the stock d15b2 and its a 5 spd. It has about 132k on the motor and
i've had the car for about 9 months now and i was crusing through h-t and it made me think about my timing belt. i don't know if the previous owner replaced the tb or not so my question is when does honda recommend that the tb to be changed because i dont want to take a risk and expletive up my motor. also are there any write-ups on how to change a tb on a d15b2 if so could you please post the sites/link. it would be appreciated.

Also is it nesassary (sp?) to change the water pump at the same time?

Thanks Guys

you can have a mechanic look at the timing belt by taking off the top cover
and he/she will tell you if it looks worn or not

if you are replacing the timing belt
you dont have to replace the water pump but
It is a very good idea to do it while your in there

it pretty easy
i can do the belt and tensioner and the water pump in an hour or so if i had to
but lazily can be done in 2-5 hours
