Default the next best bolt-on?

just looking for a couple of tips on what the next best step should be for more n/a power out of my ITR. My intake is all that is done at the moment, and I am wondering whether I should bother with the header or cat-back for now. Any calls?

Thanks,
sml

You opened up the intake, now open up the exhaust! Header, High Flow Cat, and exhaust!!! Do your research though... It all depends on what you want to do with your car!! Have fun!

Good header, high-flow cat or test-pipe, some tuning. And if thats not enough, some cams, cam-gears, more tuning, VAFC, , flywheel, clutch, etc. etc. etc.......$$$$$

what kind of exhaust do you think i would get the best increase from? (header and exhaust) i was told that thermal was pretty crappy for muy car, and that APEX'i didn't do a whole lot. I guess I am just torn with what to buy.

thanks...

If you are looking for quicker acceleration i would recommend a lighter flywheel (TODA) and the JDM final drive. Best money i have spent so far, really noticed a big difference compared to when i installed my I/H/E. Just my 2 cents.

JDM 4-1 + a good (ie. upmarket) exhaust should do you nicely. SMS or Hytech for the big ballers.

If you have a little money to spend, get the full Hytech system... It is in the $1500 price range though I believe. Don't just buy something b/c you need it right now.. Save up and you won't be sorry.
