Clay bar, rubbing compound, etc? or just wax up a neglected finish?

the last one...i don't think they ever had it waxed in the 4 years they owned it. i just got it back from the body shop. i had a few parts painted that were literally pink in color.

no clay bar today since i didn't have that much time. it needs to be done but i'll do it the next time before i wax.

it's all good as long as you know it's gonna need a buttload of work when you do want to restore it.

Dont forget 3M adhesive remover, comes in a little turpentine like can, works wonders on everything i've used it on

definitely good on paint transfers, bugs and tar, etc.
