Waxing in cold weather?

Is it ok to wax the car in cold weather? No negative effects on the paint or anything like that? Its like 40 degrees here. I had some time on my hands today so I thought maybe I'd wax the car.

i don't think it will do anything to the paint...but in most bottles of wax it says which temp. is best to wax your car in..usually warmer weather i think

dont see why not. just do it in a garage.

ive done this before and i just ended up getting warm from all the "wax on, wax off"
