Fitment of 17x7 wheel on Civic EK, Offset?

Fitment of 17x7 wheel on Civic EK, Offset?
Not 100% familiar with offsets on Civics. Will a 17x7 +35 offset (4x100) clear the fenders?
I know +38 to +42 are common, but will the +35 clear?
