complete mpfi swap ( im , tb , ecu , dist , etc)
and a sohc vtec head
all this for $225 shipped?

This all depends. Are the im, tb, ecu, dist, etc. compatible with the sohc vtec head? IOW, is the vtec head obd1 and the dizzy, etc. obd0?
