FS: 98 Civic EX 2000 front end. S2000 gunmetal. LS turbo plus more. 5000 obo

I am selling my civic that I have had for the past three years. The car has nothing mechanically wrong with it. It was tuned at 10.5 psi by Nathan Riley. Approx 250 hp. Easily a 13 second car. The red recaros have been replaced with 2000 integra ls seats and the wheels have been replaced with SI wheels. I have the grill in the back seat...just forgot to put it on last time I took the bumper off. A/C blows FREEZING cold at night. During the day it is weak b/c it has a tiny fan on the condensor. Lip is included...it has a small crack and is scraped across the bottom. The car does have a salvage title due to a theft that occured before I purchased it. PM or email(preferred) with offers. I need to sell it
so best offer takes it.
I will also include a set of brand new tires including two falken azenis.
Needs:
-New driver side door panel. See pics.
-New oil pan tap. Tiny leak...maybe a tenth of a quart each month.
-Trunk and rear bumper repaired. See pics.

-98 B18b longblock w/ less than 90k miles
-GSR tranny with brand new differential and synchros, no grinds.
-chipped p28 ecu tuned with crome pro
-dsm 450 injectors
-obd conversion harness
-BMC race log manifold
- t3/t4 turbo 48 trim
-tial 38mm wastgate
-custom mandrel bent intercooler piping
-Greddy type s BOV
-2.5-3" downpipe.
-K teller mandrel bent 3" exhaust
Exterior:
-silverstone metallic paint job about 6 months old. Door jams and trunk included, not the engine bay.
-civic SI wheels with two new tires
-civic SI spoiler w/ working LED
-carbon fiber hood(not pictured)
-full 2000 front end conversion
-knock off jdm headlights
-mugen style carbon fiber lip

dude if you got another ride part that thing out you will make way more money .. the theft title is whats killin it ...
