what offset if perfect for 96 accord 4dr?

what offset is perfect for 96 accord 4dr?
im plannin to upgrade my rims to some new 17s, i think the offset on ones i have rite now is lining up with the fenders. so i want to know what offset to get for my ride. and also, what is the best drop with 215/45/17 tires
