REAR BUMPER AND RESTRICTOR
I was rear ended and was wondering if anyone knows where to pick up rear bumper for an 04 civic ex cheap? Also if anyone could provide info on how to get rid of the restrictor that cuts in at 100 that would be appreciated

if u got rear ended..go get an oem bumper at a honda dealership and get it installed by a bodyshop. whoever hit u should pay for it. if not, just go ahead go through the insurance.

I have had a bumper replaced and I have paid for a new bumper from someone else that I scratched up...usually it's about 3-500 bucks. You can also go to a junkyard and look for one...
