100% full titanium catback exhaust
i got 18 feet of grade A 2.5 inch titanium tubing, a bunch of ti welding rod, and a brand new 100% titanum muffler 2.5 inlet-3.5 top cannister style (like apexi) (muffler is 3lbs)
all the piping is like 2 lbs
the ti welding rod isnt cheap and most welders dont have it.
all you gotta do is mandrel bend the tube the shape to fit your car and have someone tig weld it and you have a full catback exhaust under 10 lbs!
looking for 250$ for everything including muffler! thats a steal! look at what ti pipe costs per foot!
BRAND NEW!
pics.
pipes and muffler together.. this is way more piping than youll need, maybe enough for 2 catbacks.

muffler shot

polished ti tip on non polished ti muffler (non polished looks way better on canister), with blue tip.

specs of ti pipe, also said made in USA

stright through shot of the muffler, best shot i could get

that should be enough pics

anyone who can weld aluminum can weld ti, you just have to have the ti filler rod, and most shops dont have that, and from what i was toldd you normally have to buy filler by the lb. and a lb. of ti filler would be a couple hundred dollars
but i got more than enough ti filler to weld up an exhaust. its included
look at this guy. same diameter ti tube but ONLY 4 FEET and he wants 250$ for just 4 feet. im selling 4 times as much with a muffler

id check it, must mufflers arnt really 100% titanium, they usally use titanium on the cannister and tip and the backside they mate it to stainless steel, reason for that is nobody ever welds these mufflers to real titanium tubing, they weld them to steel tubing, so the inlet of the mufflers are actually stainless steel. i think the only way youd get a 1005 ti muffler is if you cut it off of a full ti catback
