tien SS+P question
Ok. Heres the deal. I got my Tien suspension in. Then when i was installing the EDFC, taking out the black hex screw on the top of the strut on the driver front was difficult to take out. Like it had resistance or something. I thought it was the heat. I go to screw in the gold one, and it doesn even go in flush with the top of the strut. It feels similar to when you cross thread a screw or bolt. When i think back on it, the damper was a little harder to turn on that strut, than the other 3. My question is this, is it possible to only buy the driver front suspension assembly? or would i have to buy it whole again? Does anyon know if tien would honer this as a defect? Any help would be very helpful to me. I was very displease when i discovered this. Thanks in advance.
i had the SS on my tsx and i was told that the EDFC didnt work with it

The edfc does work with the super streets on my car if you have the pillow mounts, which i do have. i installed the motors on the other three corners, BUT the drivers side front had a defect with the top of the strut. You have to take off the dampenning ****, and under there is a black hex screw. Removing that, i notived that it was a bit hard to turn. After taking that screw out, i tried to screw the gold screw in. You're suppose to screw it in till its fluch with the top of the strut. Then with the motor on top, screw it in even further. The hex screw does not go down anymore. I feel cheated out of a good suspension. Does N E one know if i can just send the one suspension assembly that is defective to warranty? or do i have to send all for plus edfc for the waranty to be honered? Thanks in advance.
