mesh will look like crap....
but what you could do is dremel out all the interior black pastic, and then maybe attach mesh using a glue/jd beld/etc
a REALLY nice subtle grill mod for the 4th gen is to leave the silver he, but remove that inner black piece of plastic...looks REALLY nice and tasteful
