Junk yard. Some Miatas came with similar looking rims, not to sure about size. Should be able to get them dirty cheap. To the best of my knowledge you will have to bore out the hub on the rim to make them work though.

Those are not Panasports. They have the "BR" mark on them. Those wheels are Black Racings. Which are knock offs or Watanabes
