Ok...I bought my friend's Tein Full race coilover system. They springs are red though, because they are not the new style. I put the 88 civic rear control arms on my ride too. Here is the issue. I lowered it about 2 inches in the front and back. However, when i ride, its like bouncing on a big bouncy ball thing. Seriously it bobs like a mother ******. Its worst then my friends aerospeed coilovers and tokico blues...and thats nto right. This is a full race system that costs over 1000 new, and i have the pillow mounts. My idea was that the struts are set too soft maybe? but are the struts even adjustible. i dont really know what I am trying to say, but anyway is there a way to stiffen this ride. because it makes me car sick. thanks for any help I really appriciate it...ben

 

they may be adjustable sometimes the adjustment for stiffness is on the top of the shock part in your engine compartement but if your springs arent enogh then I would try to find some w/a higher spring rate like 450-550.
