Spotted this (what i'm considering very rare) Cusco F22 header. The design is the strangest i have ever seen. Anyone have any idea behind the ballon/bulb part on it?

judging that no other header on earth put into hondas looks that way iam sure its not too good. very interesting, the only thing i think it would do is maybe act like a muffler or something to that effect. I really have no clue.
