Default Quick dumb question

Hi
I was looking at buying my frist honda for my daughter today.
Its a 97 accord ex/r ,not sure of the motor size just that it's a v-tec.
I took it out for a drive and everything seems fine, when I got back to the lot
I lifted up the hood while it was running everything looked fine, I took off the oil filler cap and there seems to be alot of air coming from the valve cover, the more I raised the idle the more pressure it would produce.
Is this normal ? I know with the chev 350's I used to have this indacated bad rings and blowby.
The car has 192000km on it and appers to have been well maintained and works well on the road .
I'd just like to know if this is something to worry about

The Canadian Accord EX-R appears to share the same lineage as the USDM '94-'97 Ex.
2.2L traverse mounted inline 4 cylinder
16V SOHC Vtec
rated at 140 to 148hp (depending on sourse)

It's either the:
F22A2 16V 2156cc SOHC VTEC PGM-FI 148hp@5500rpm 152tq@4500rpm '94-'97 Accord EX
or
F22A6
There is a flat machined surface below the distributor right along the engine/trans mounting seam where the engine code is stamped
Refer here:
http://asia.vtec.net/topics/enginecode.html

Huffing thru the oil filler is not uncommon on 4 cylinders (has to do with crankcase volume and pcv operation. If you have a real concern, have a compression test done.
