Default rough idle in the morning. please help.

hey guys. i searched and couldnt find anything. i know ive seen it somewhere on here before, unless that was another forum. but i have a 93 prelude with a jdm h22. when i start it in the morning, it takes about 20 seconds to fire and when it does finally start up, it idles like ***. i have to hold it at 2000 rpms for a minute or so. anyone know what could be wrong. i also have a surging idle. could that be linked to the same problem. as far as my bad morning idle, could it be the iacv, or fitv? i think i need a new iacv for the surging idle problem. but why does it run so roughly in the morning? it idles like a big block V8 with a big *** cam in it.
