P14 ECU Question

Well i havent had IABs since ive owned the car and really wanted to find out so i started off by pulling the solenoid from under the intake manifold and what do i find it melted to **** like it caught fire or somthing. So thats my problem right there. So i got another 2p plug wired it in and got another solenoid checked my ECU too because i figured it was burnt and it is. My question is can someone please tell me what is actually burnt and is it repairable? The traces look fine to me but what do i know about that kinda stuff. Here are some pics to help out.

alot of what looks liek damage is whats left from when it smoked, i would say you could repair it, or just get another p14 there are like 4 sitting at the junkyard near my house..
