Default Omni coilovers: Need to re-use stock top-hats?

I ordered some Omni coilovers, and I know with a lot of coilovers you have to re-use the stock top-hats (which includes needing a spring compressor), does anyone know if the Omni coilovers require re-using the top-hats? Or do they come ready to go?
