Default What specs to torque head?

I was just wondering if someone can confirm what the final Torque specs are for the H23 Head. Im having 2 sources saying two different things. My honda specs book is saying 72 Ft lbs and this lil booklet made by Fel-pro complete torque tables says 78 Ft lbs. I am going to be using the Fel-pro headgasket not an OEM Honda. So could someone confirm which i should use.

Different gaskets will have different torque specs do to the material used to make the gasket and the # of layers the gasket has will also call for different torque specs. Just keep in mind that if you torque to 78lbs you can not go back to torquing the bolts to 72lbs unless you replace the bolts with new ones.
