I bought my car about 6 months ago, and i got it from this horrible guy who scammed me on the car.. The title of my car says it is a 1992. But he gave me a stock intake when i bought the car because there was currently an aftermarket one on it and it said on it " '94 Pre Si". My engine on the other hand is a 16valve sohc. He failed to mention this car is a salvage title so we are now in the process of sueing him,... but back to my original question, My car is that blue-ish purple color. Is this color only an Si color? or can it also come on the S model? I rarely see this color .This car may have once had an Si motor but who knows..

 

Couldn't really tell you any of your questions, but I wanted to ask you how you didn't know that the car was salvaged? Doesn't the title say that it was salvaged and rebuilt? I don't know how you could sue him when you didn't even check the VIN through CarFax or even the DMV. Good luck.

 

Yeah I have a 92 S model and it is that fairy-looking purple/blue, but not for long.

 

Mine's the same gay color - it's called Fresco Blue Pearl. I'd like to change it to Electron Blue Pearl though...

 

I believe he can still sue him....it's still the sellers responsibilityto tell the buyer that it has a salvaged title...I think it falls under the lemon law.
