Default Ground Control question

I'm looking to buy a set of ground control custom rate sleeves for my 96 Accord. As of now I my setup is H&R's and KYB AGX. I plan to continue using my AGX's but later I will be upgrading to Koni yellows. I want to get some recomendations for a custom spring rate. I will be using the car on the street. some auto x and in the near future some beginer road racing. any help will be great, thanks

i could be wrong but i don't think that the springs will work on both the koni's and the kyb's. if you get illuminas instead of koni then it would work. but the koni is a size of its own

ground controls work just fine on konis. you just need the correct adapter ring on the bottom of the sleeve.

Can you just add the adapter ring from the AGX type to the GC type?

I looked into it, as I was going to run GC with my AGXs until I could afford the Koni upgrade; and had been told that it wouldn't work, but I never got any concrete evidence. I just ordered the combo, due to the springrates I wanted to run anyway.

What's wrong with just running what you have until you get the Konis? You can use your H&R on the Konis until you get the GCs.

I ran almost two seasons on Ebach Pro-Kits, and tropied a few times, and the H&Rs are more agressive rates than that. Mods don't make you faster, seat time does.

Konis with H&R would be a much better setup than AGX and GC; because the AGX won't be able to dampen the higher GC springrate.

You do make a great point and touched on some vaild info I was searching for. I guess I am thinking of my setup from more of an apperance stand point. I am hunting down a set of 16x7 wheels, I feel my OEM 15" and 195x60s are just not going to cut it on my rolly-polly mobile. Since I will upgrade my wheel/tire size to 215x45x16 I am afraid what kind of wheel gap I would encounter. For now I will wait untill I can afford all the componets at once.

GC's, koni yellow's, camber correction, Suspension Tech. sway bar kit, and upgrade bushings.
**how could I improve this setup( I am an extreme nood when It comes to this stuff)
