hey guys i was wondering what are stock rates for and eg civic i gonna order ground controls and koni yells and i wanna get something stiifer then stock also if needed car is going to be lowered to get rid of wheel gap and it will see the track occausanlly i was thinkin 400f and 350 rear or 450 front and 350 rear also this is my daily driver ....whate rates do u guys think are good
thanks
thanks
off the shelf GC are 380F/280R, which are quite fine for daily driven. If you want a little stiffer but still quite streetable, 400F 400R is a good start. Then you can pick up an extra set of springs for track say a set of 550+ for the rear. Get the springs to be 8" and it'll be easy to swap front to rear to try out diff things.
edit: stock civic eg is about 160-180 front and about 100 in the rear...someone correct me if im wrong. ITR is at about 220F 220R.

Ive never seen a definitive set of rate numbers for an eg, but fwiw ej8(ek) are 165/80. I'd assume the eg wuold be about the same or a little lighter because the cars themselves just slightly lighter.
ITR are 250/250
ITR are 250/250
