JDM H22 LSD tranny help 5th gear grinds what could it be???
My 5th gear grinds a tiny bit and then goes in and or let off the gas and goes in. Think it could be the gear or the synchro? TIA
it a normal defect in the prelude tranny. it the shift fork, just replace it. it doesn't really grind for me anymore after driving for a while. it grind at first but now it doesn't do it anymore.

no it really is the shift fork .
if the couter shaft was bend it would explode upon the first few revolutions

ok may be a stupid question but when you go about replacing the shift fork can you buy one for a regular usdm tranny?
