is it possible to remove the jspec-itr headlights' lenses in order to swap the driver's side lens with the one from the passenger's side so that crossing traffic won't be dazzled ?

could anybody please look that up for me ?

It isn't the lenses, it is the shields in the projectors, and swapping the driver's and passenger's wouldn't accomplish what you're looking for. To answer your question though, yes the shields can be modified to provide a flat or left-hand drive beam, but it obviously involves opening up the light housing, and isn't as simple as removing a few screws.
